One More Mile is a running program aim to inspire and
motivate physically inactive young and adults residents of
Newham.
According to NCSR, Newham has high rate of
obesity among young and adult ( 21). There are many factors
leading to this situation. However enhanced physical activity
can help tackle this issue.
Running is the simplest,
cheapest and effective form of physical activity that one can do
to improve their health.
One more mile is a group training
activity, challenging users to complete one mile under certain
time and then adding more repetitions of mile to hit new timing
target.
